For perfect results and healthy skin, follow our recommendations closely.
Electrolysis is a clinical procedure. Your skin needs time and care to regenerate.
Do not touch the treated area with your hands. The risk of infection is highest in the first hours.
Apply ice (wrapped in a clean cloth) if you feel heat or swelling.
Avoid make-up, perfumes and lotions containing alcohol.
Full sun protection. Use SPF 50+ if the area is exposed. Sun can cause dark spots on sensitised skin.
Avoid intense exercise, saunas and pools. Sweat and chlorine can irritate the open follicles.
Tiny scabs (little dots) may appear. Do not pick them! They fall off naturally and protect the new skin.
No plucking! If you need to, trim with scissors or shave. Plucking (tweezers/wax) stimulates blood flow and strengthens the root, undoing your progress.
Keep your skin well moisturised. Hydrated skin makes probe insertion easier at your next session, making treatment more comfortable and effective.

Unlike laser, which depends on contrast between skin and hair, electrolysis treats each follicle individually. It is the only method that is 100% effective for everyone.

Preserves your art. It can be performed directly over tattoos without affecting the ink.
Do not use just any product on treated skin. We recommend soothing, antiseptic and regenerating formulas.
